Our areas of expertise include: Total Facilities Management including the provision of a 24/7/365 Helpdesk facility, which offers a comprehensive service desk support to our client's staff whether it be on FM or Security related issues or both for our client(s) estates including all bought in services. NSI accredited Communications Centre including BS5979 alarm receiving and remote video surveillance via the Internet Security systems management (intruder / fire alarms, CCTV, access control and tagging (EAS)) Control of annual expenditure on all major projects, installations and scheduled / PPM and reactive maintenance visits; monitoring of supplier performance against existing or SSS determined Service Level Agreements; full false alarm and Police response management, URN and Intervention monitoring and management.
