HYF was established in 1994 to facilitate the recruitment needs of commercial and corporate businesses. Our unique brand of service is founded on our commitment to work in partnership with our clients, our dedication to forging relationships and building an in-depth knowledge of your business.

Facilities and Office Support
A vast pool of tried and tested career temps and new candidates

One of the largest divisions at HYF, our consultants have unrivalled specialist knowledge of facilities with a combined experience of more than 20 years. This gives us a deep understanding of how the facilities structure works.

Career temps
As market leaders we have a huge advertising budget with blanket exposure across all job boards. This gives us a vast pool of new candidates in addition to our large bank of tried and tested career temps, many of whom have been with HYF for several years. We always get to know each person in depth, with interviews typicallylasting more than half an hour and most candidates seen by more than one consultant. Detailed notes are taken and each applicant completes a comprehensive registration pack.

We only take on people who are committed, reliable and articulate with a strong work ethic and a professional corporate image. In personality, we look for those who are keen and eager with a flexible approach and a‘can do’ attitude.

Candidate checks
We aim to provide a service that is bespoke and fits our clients needs; so alongside our rigorous compliance checks, which fully adhere to the REC Code of Professional Practice, we also have a dedicated administration team who work to reference all candidates for up to five years if required. Candidates’ skills can also be analysed in our in-house testing suite, where we have purpose designed software for MS packages including Word, Excel, copy typing, data entry, and reception room booking systems. Our clients can be sure that all their individual criteria for temporary or permanent staff can be met.

Feedback
To ensure the consistency of our temporary workforce and underpin the quality of our service, clients are asked to evaluate our temporary staff after each booking. These statistics and scores are recorded and monitored on a regular basis and based on this feedback 99% of our clients have said they would re-hire our temporary candidates.

Front of House

First impressions count, which is why, every day, hundreds of law firms, banks and other professional services rely on us for their front of house staff, both permanent and temporary.

Out of Hours service from 6.30am
One of the major advantages of using our Front of House division is our out-of-hours booking line. Designed to ensure you always have same day cover, the line opens at 6.30am every weekday and from 2pm on Sundays so we can always have a candidate with you for the start of your business day. Our daily standby list, emailed on request each evening, lets you know whether any candidates are available for the following day who have worked for you before, so you know they are already trained in the needs of your reception.

Strict grooming standards
For over twenty years, our Front of House division has had a reputation for perfectionism and we only work with candidates who meet our high standards. In addition, all our temporary receptionists and front of house candidates agree to comply with our extensive grooming policy, which has detailed specifications for clothing, hair and make-up and more. It means that, even at short notice, you can rest assured that your temps will be well-presented, personable and highly competent.

Exclusive training on Condeco and Datacraft
One of the key skills for Front of House staff is proficiency with electronic room booking, so we offer our candidates free training. Uniquely among recruitment firms we have the two market-leading systems, Condeco and Datacraft, installed at our offices. We find this in-house training helps us attract highly motivated staff with a range of sought-after skills.
