Guideline Lift Services Limited was established in 1972 and has become one of the leading independent lift companies in the UK. We specialise in the seamless installation, modernisation, maintenance and repair of all types of passenger lifts from simplex to eight car groups. Highly Skilled Workforce
Guideline’s engineers are fully trained to a minimum of NVQ3 standard and are complimented by experienced supervisors, managers and customer care staff. We are committed to giving our clients the very highest levels of service as proven by our BSI Kitemark award for Quality Control (ISO 9001). Further more all engineers are fully equipped with state-of-the-art PDA’s allowing real time two way transfer of site specific information.
A Greener Solution
We are committed to providing a greener solution for your lift requirements. In accordance with our recent accreditation by BSI to the latest environmental standard (ISO 14001), all maintenance contracts are designed with the environment in mind. We use green products such as bio-degradable oils and cleaning substances, recycled cloths and natural granules as well as offering low energy and energy saving alternatives to your current lift installation. These initiatives do not have an adverse effect on pricing and some can offer real cost savings to our clients.
GEMS Web-Based Lift Management System
The Guideline Elevator Management System (GEMS) is a web-based management suite available to all clients free of charge. GEMS gives access to up-to-date information on all lift assets including condition reports, certificates, outstanding works and more. Our engineers can upload and download information via PDA’s and smart phones and our clients can access the system via the internet using a secure password.
