G4S Integrated Services supports the efficient delivery of front line services in critical environments for government agencies and the private sector. Currently employing around 6,700 staff we manage people, premises, information and equipment, working in partnership with our customers.

Facilities Management - We design and operate facilities and provide management services to both the public and private sector. We provide and manage people, premises, vehicles and equipment to support the efficient delivery of our customer’s core business activities. We provide innovative, reliable and flexible services, covering a range of both hard and soft facilities management (FM) disciplines, that ensure the whole life operability of facilities.

Healthcare Logistics – We are one of the UK’s largest private providers of non-emergency patient transport. Every day we undertake thousands of journeys, transporting patients to and from hospital or clinic appointments. We have developed a range of specialist services to meet the needs of our clients, including Emergency Medical Technicians to provide transport services for unstable patients in need of a higher level of care, Bariatric Services and Special Care Baby Units.

Forensic and Medical Services – We are the leading provider of medical and forensic services for police services and Primary Care Trusts in the UK. Together with specialist partners and service providers, we offer a comprehensive range of services to meet the healthcare needs of custody suites prison populations, immigration removal centres and other parts of the secure estate.

Information Security and Assurance – We provide a secure solution for organisations requiring the assurance that media or equipment, which carries sensitive information, will be couriered, stored or destroyed in accordance with the highest possible security standards and in an environmentally friendly manner.

Technical Services – We have the experience and capability to manage major construction projects, large-scale structural works, building maintenance programmes and corporate relocations as well as providing asset life cycle data and plans.

SPV Management Services - We provide Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) management services on behalf of the shareholders and investors, adding value through the delivery of highly professional, commercial and financial management services.

Offshore Islands – We are a leading provider of support services in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. Our comprehensive portfolio of facilities management, security and other critical services makes us a major employer on the Islands.
