DANIMAK Limited is a new dynamic Facilities Maintenance and Building Services Engineering Contractor formed in December 2005.
 
The Managing Director (Dan McDonald) made a conscious decision to embark on this venture as he is wholly committed to providing his clients with an unparalleled service.

DANIMAK Limited offers you complete peace of mind; we provide a holistic approach to management of your building’s services that incorporates ongoing care (via Planned Preventative Maintenance) of the building and complete lifecycle replacement and refurbishment. Our aim is to be Pro-active rather than Re-active. By advising you on the maintenance requirements for your building’s services and suggest which maintenance programme / regime is most suitable for you. The frequencies of visits are planned and coordinated to achieve optimum system performance and plant lifecycle efficiency, as well as ensuring minimum disruption to your organisation. However, Reactive Emergency Call-outs are inevitable. In the event we provide an Emergency Call-out facility that operates 24 hours a day, every day. Our Dedicated Service and Support Facility ensures a quick response and the efficient and effective return to operation of your environment. A complete range of Services, Mobile Engineer’s or Residential Technician’s, are available to you, the customer, along with a Team of Specialist Sub-contractors.
 
DANIMAK WEBHELP SYSTEM
We operate an ‘Online’ Service Management System that allows our Clients to Log Reactive
Call-outs, / Request Maintenance Visits and Quotations. The simple navigation and operation ensures the Client is in control of the desired Response Time and as our Team of Engineer’s all carry PDA’s they get to see exactly what the Client is requesting. The System has proved an excellent tool to enable our Clients to monitor the performance and ongoing issues across their estate whilst ensuring a controlled / cohesive service.
