TLC then works with the vending operator, on behalf of our client, to ensure the vending operator delivers all promises made during the tendering process and that effective SLAs are achieved throughout the contract period.

As a team we stay abreast of all aspects of the market, including machine innovation, product development, health and safety, environmental and energy saving initiatives, as well as proven methods of revenue generation for those clients who have Vending as a profit centre.

In each and every case to date our costs have been fully recovered and in over 90% of cases our fees are received from the chosen successful service provider, meaning that our complete service is provided at absolutely no cost (or invoices) to the end user client.
